REFERRALS and MD-to-MD Consultations

Dr. Ted Jablonski (he, him) welcomes referrals for all sexual and transgender health consultations. We are committed to providing care in a professional, efficient, and non-judgmental environment.All medical visits are fully covered by the provincial government with a valid AHC card.  Any uninsured services will be billed directly to the patient.

MD-to-MD consultations offer support, guidance, and mentorship to colleagues in managing sexual health and gender-related medical concerns for their patients.

Dr. Jablonski is the current medical lead for transgender health Specialist Link and e-referrals for Alberta and consults on the Alethea virtual platform.

JABLONSKI HEALTH Virtual Care collaborates with Southern Alberta Institute of Urology, Vesia (Alberta Bladder Center), OASIS clinic (Oncology and Sexuality, Intimacy & Survivorship Support), Calgary Centre for Sexuality, Skipping Stone Foundation, Dr. Lauren Walker and Associates, Centre for Sleep and Human Performance in Calgary, Calgary Regional Fertility Clinic and other medical professionals with interest in transgender and gender diverse health. Dr. Jablonski is the current medical lead for transgender health Specialist Link and e-referral for Alberta. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, nationally and internationally, on sexual medicine and transgender health topics.
